Dora Strezova-Nikolova and Dr. Rumyana Valkanov join the leadership team of the organization

Tsvetanka Mincheva, Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank, heads the Management Board of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB). Her nomination for chairwoman of the Board of the most successful women’s business organization was voted unanimously at the General Assembly of the organization held on June 15.

The previous chairwoman of CWBB’s Management Board, Dr. Eng. Boryana Manolova, CEO of Siemens Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Ukraine, hold this role from the very beginning of the organization. Now, after the end of her second term, she will continue to be a part of the management team of CWBB to ensure continuity.

As new members of CWBB’s Management Board, two more ladies who are outstanding professionals – Dora Strezova-Nikolova, Executive Director of Coca-Cola Bulgaria, and Dr. Rumyana Vulkanov, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of “Energy MT” EAD – are joining.

Before all current and new members of the Council, I commit to work for the success of our organization and above all for the idea behind its creation, namely – the promotion of women’s leadership, which benefits the whole society and is the necessary ingredient to move economy forward”, commented Tsvetanka Mincheva. “Together with the whole team of the Council – our Administrative Director, our Management Board members and all the volunteers from the working groups, we will continue to develop the already established initiatives such as the BASE program, the Leadership Academy, the National Internship Program and we will also develop completely new ones such as our joint initiative with the EIB – our National Awards for Inspiring Achievement in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion,” she added.
