What is the appropriate behavior during business events? How can we differentiate from the competition? How can we introduce ourselves in order to make a good first impression? All of these and other topics were discussed today during the second training organized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria on “Business Etiquette for Professionals” Part 2.
“In business there is no gender. The rules apply to everyone,” said the lecturer Kristina Kruncheva, an international consultant for corporate etiquette and protocol and a member of the Council of Women.
The participants asked many questions about the international protocol and in the exchange of business cards. They discussed appropriate to small talk topics at a business event, and the taboo topics.
The training was supported by exercises and role playing games that help the participants understand the material better.
“The course was very useful and gave me valuable and practical guidelines, which I will apply in my daily live,” said Veronica Kozareva after the training. “I am convinced that thanks to the lessons learned will be more confident when talking to my business contacts,” she added.
“The course was great; helpful and practical advice,” said Katya Kazandjieva, who also participated in the training.
“I would recommend this course to any company which values its employees and wants to develop their social skills,” said Darina Stoyanova, a member of the Board of the Council of Women and director of “Prestige 96”.
“The course is helpful and pleasant. A big thank you to Mrs. Kruncheva and the organizers,” said Zdravka Atanasova.
