Women of the Council of Women in Business took part in a business breakfast with Her Excellency, Herro Mustafa

Initiated by the Women’s Forum association, the breakfast took place on February 17, 2023, at the Millennium Grand Hotel. A representative of the Secretariat of the German Embassy in our country also attended the event.

At the event, the joint initiative of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) and the US Department of Commerce, “EMPOWER HER,” was presented. It aims to strengthen the direct participation of the corporate sector in the definition, implementation and promotion of concrete steps for improvement of women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Tsvetanka Mincheva presented H.E. Mustafa with a hand-made beaded belt and traditional patterned puff from the Razlog region, wishing her success in her new mission. Ambassador Mustafa, who is at the end of her mandate in Bulgaria, addressed the ladies saying that businesses are the real ambassador that creates and maintains ties between countries and wished them to continue working together to improve the country’s economic wellbeing through encouraging women’s entrepreneurship and career development in Bulgaria.
