On 24.01.2023, the first strategic networking meeting of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB) “Ten times more” (“10 X more”) took place in the NV Tower.

Why “10 X More”? In 2023, CWBB celebrates 10 years since its establishment. Today, 10 years later, we are happy to share that we have 10 times more members, and our initiatives have 10 times more resonance among the public.

For our organization’s first in-person event, we set 3 main goals for our members:
1. To understand in detail what are the goals, priorities and initiatives of CWBB
2. To have the opportunity to join in support of any initiative either with ideas or with participation
3. To encourage them to actively get to know each other, communicate and network

In the first part of the meeting, in the form of a panel discussion, we talked with the chairperson of CWBB Mrs. Tsvetanka Mincheva, members of the Board and heads of working groups about the vision of the Council, what has changed and what remains unchanged since the creation of CWBB until today, who are our priorities and strategy for achieving them. “The past is a benchmark in time to stand on and look forward to what awaits us,” shared Tsvetanka Mincheva in her speech to the members.

In the second part of the meeting, the attendees had the opportunity, within the framework of a working networking cocktail, to speak personally with each member of the Board and working groups, to give new ideas to the initiatives of the CWBB and to express their desire to get involved in supporting one of the organization’s initiatives.

We are pleased to have exchanged many ideas and thoughts and been inspired for all the wonderful initiatives that lie ahead in 2023 and beyond.
