Applications for one of the most successful programs of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria are accepted until October 10, 2022.

One of the most successful initiatives of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB) – “Succeeding in Bulgaria” Leadership Academy, will be held for the ninth consecutive year and is already accepting applications for class 2022/2023. The Academy is completely free and suitable for women in various managerial and/or leadership positions from the corporate world who seek to constantly upgrade their skills, develop their entrepreneurial spirit, and learn and introduce new business practices. Those interested to join can submit their applications from September 15 to October 10, 2022.

“For almost ten years now, we’ve been promoting the professional development of young businesswomen in the country. We believe that the “Succeeding in Bulgaria” Leadership Academy contributes immensely to this endeavor, and it is no coincidence that it is among the most emblematic initiatives of the Council. The Academy is not just a program of courses, it is an unforgettable personal experience that allows ladies to discover their strengths and weaknesses, take on new challenges and gain knowledge. I encourage all businesswomen in Bulgaria who are constantly striving to develop, not to hesitate and send in their application,” said Tsvetanka Mincheva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of CWBB and CEO of UniCredit Bulbank.

For the first time, the training leadership program will also include a new module, “Entrepreneurship and change management,” which has been introduced in response to the new reality, challenges and needs of modern businesses. Among the other topics that the Academy covers are: “Emotional Intelligence,” “The YOU Business Model,” “Impactful Presentations in an Online Environment” and more. The modules are developed and led by professionals in the member companies of the Council. The training program will be running until June 2023, with modules taking place every last Thursday and Friday of the month.
