13_02The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria organized another interesting and meaningful workshop for its members. On February 13, they had the opportunity to hear and discuss what does a meaningful leadership mean and why humans should be at the center of the business. This happened during the Workshop “21 grams of business – meaningful leadership” with the participation of Karina Karagaeva and Nina Vladimirova from “Human Business Studio.”

They commented on the humanе way of doing business, the four systems presented in each of us (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), and how important it is to take care of ourselves in order to be able to take care of the team we lead. “A leader is the one who knows himself – his strengths and weaknesses,” said Karina Karagaeva.

13_02_1Another topic discussed during the workshop was women’s leadership. Words like “balance,” “skills and knowledge,” “multifunctionality,” “care for details” have been highlighted.

Karina Karagaeva and Nina Vladimirova focused on four “inner empires”, which we should balance if we want to be in harmony with ourselves and with our co-workers. The four empires are the physical system, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual one.

In conclusion, Karina Karagaeva and Nina Vladimirova advised business leaders not only to ask how things are going, but to turn to their spiritual side.
