The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria delegated Valentina Dikanska as the new Executive Director of the organization. Mrs. Dikanska is financier with a specialization in marketing and management in Mainz, Germany. In 1999 she took charge of the internal audit for Bulgaria, Serbia and Macedonia of a German cosmetics company. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the chemical industry and as a Member and Chairwoman of  Supervisory Committee of the Bulgarian Chamber of Chemical Industry. She is also a Member of the Board of the German-Bulgarian industrial-trade Chamber. Since June 2016 she has been holding the position of Director International Projects and Programs of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.

“Due to the dynamic processes and the prosperity of the Council development in the last year, our organization needs a strong and close–knit team that will be wholly committed to the common causes and missions which we are ready to work hard for”, shared Mrs. Dikanska and added: “I am pleased with the decision of the Board and considering my role and duties as well as the ambitious goals ahead, it will be an honor for me to justify their confidence implementing all the meaningful projects”.
