The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria officially launched the organization’s Mentorship Program. It is an extension of the first Leadership Academy, which certified 43 women in middle management positions or owners of small and medium businesses. The Mentorship Program includes most of the academy’s graduates and nearly 20 top managers of leading Bulgarian and international companies, who will be mentors of the first class.

One of the goals of the Council of Women in Business is to be a source of best practices and business behavior models. As a sign for commitment to the Mentorship Program, its start was marked with professional training in mentoring, offered for free by Creative Shower. The Council is voluntary and each member, men and women at senior management positions of companies in the country, are investing time, effort and resources to implement the Leadership Academy, the Mentorship Program, and others.
