In September at the start of Leadership Academy 2019-2020 was announced updating of the program with set of training courses, which will develop participants business skills. We believe that the experience of our experts will help the participants to be better in their daily business.

The training courses are conducted by members of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, who are professionals in their field of activity. In each course the number of participants is limited to 25. Participants can be from member’s organizations of CWBB and the Council followers. Ladies from the Leadership Academy, who have already graduated, as well as those currently participating, are also welcomed to join.

The first training was on “Business etiquette for professionals” with a speaker – Kristina Krancheva, manager and owner of CM Consulting and a member of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.

After a few days, the second training will be held, the maximum number of participants in the course is reached. The topic is “Personal Brand Management” with a speaker – Victoria Blazheva, first Vice President of UniCredit, director of Public Relations and Communications at UniCredit Bulbank.

In December is coming up the third training “Management Styles”, with speaker – Lyubomir Ivanov, manager Training team. of A1.

In 2020 the program will continue, with the training “Supply Chain Management”, speaker Milena Dragiyska, CEO of Lidl Bulgaria and a member of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.
