The forum will be held on November 2 at the Millennium Grand Hotel, Sofia

In 2023, the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB) celebrates its 10th anniversary, and the culmination of the calendar of events will be the fourth edition of the Global Women Leaders Forum on November 2 at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. Women leaders under the theme, IDEI 2023 (Inspiring Diversity Equality Inclusion). During the conference, the Council will focus on its long-standing work related to the development of projects and activities to support gender equality, diversity and inclusion in business.

The purpose of the forum is to promote the successful practices of individuals, companies and organizations on the path of creating a society based on diversity, equality and inclusion. Topics in the panel discussions will be dedicated to the contribution of working women to achieving gender equality, increasing opportunities for development, training and preparation of women leaders and elevating diversity as an opportunity to build a more sustainable and effective business environment.

Together with inspiring individuals and leaders in business, politics and the arts, we will share visionary ideas for a more diverse and inclusive world.
