The fifth edition of the Global Women Leaders Forum – one of the most anticipated events organized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB), will be held on 13 November 2025 at the Grand Hotel Millennium – Sofia.

The world is evolving at an unprecedented pace, with technological advancements, social transformations, and economic shifts reshaping our local and global landscape. Themed “Fast and furious changing world. Women in the driving seat” the 2025 edition of the Forum will place a spotlight on the pivotal role of women in navigating and leading within this dynamic environment.

The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), in its capacity as organizer of the event “Global Women Leaders Forum 2025” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), hereby informs all participants, speakers, guests, partners and visitors that photo and video recording will take place during the Event for the purposes of documentation and promotion.

By attending the Event, each participant, speaker, guest or visitor expressly, knowingly and voluntarily consents, free of charge, to the use by the Organizer of any photos, video or audio materials containing their image, voice, statements or other personal data, for the following purposes:
• publication on the website https://womeninbusiness.bg;
• sharing through the Organizer’s official profiles and pages on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms;
• broadcasting through television, online, and other media channels;
• inclusion in advertising, informational, reporting, and PR materials related to the activities and initiatives of the Organizer.

Participants are not entitled to any remuneration or compensation in connection with the use of photo and video materials under this clause.

The Organizer undertakes to use such materials in good faith and solely for the purpose of promoting the Event and related initiatives, in full compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

In the event that a participant, speaker, or guest does not wish to be recorded, they shall explicitly and in writing notify the Organizer prior to the start of the Event. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to comply with such a request, insofar as this is technically and organizationally feasible.
