The European Diversity Month reminds us that diversity is our strength – and we at the CWBB celebrated it with an inspiring event, organised together with Lidl Bulgaria and FEBA Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

The theme “Diversity and inclusion: bridges to the future” brought together:
– Alumni and speakers from all three graduating classes of the Academy for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion
– Members of the CWBB
– Professionals engaged in the topic of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

Special thanks to our inspiring speakers:
– Hristo Stoyanov (EY Bulgaria) who presented key findings from the “European DEI Index” report.
– Henrietta Ilieva – clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience. She focused on psychological safety in teams
– Petar Neftelimov – biotechnologist and bioentrepreneur who shared his perspective on the relationship between science, business and inclusion
