The first edition of Kaleidoscope, the newest networking event for sharing experience, good practices and achievements, organized by the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, gathered dozens of ladies in NV Tower on October 3. The initiative happened as an idea of the Networking group of the Council and with the kind hosting of Rumiana Vulkanov and the NV Tower team. Companies with diverse activities participated with booth.

“Kaleidoscope illustrates the diversity in the companies that are part of CWBB, I am sure that it will become a tradition and will increasingly encourage communication and the exchange of ideas among the members of the Council”, said at the opening Tsvetanka Mincheva, Chair of the CWBB Management Board.

The event was packed with opportunities for tastings, demonstrations and many surprises for visitors. AquaBar presented its unique method of high-pressure processing of food and beverages, and guests had the opportunity to try some of the company’s products. Dundee Precious Metals showed in real time what modern mining is like through virtual reality glasses. Lawyer Bilyana Toncheva shared about the possibilities for successful implementation of European projects with the help of Eco Globe.

A leading theme for EY was the ‘new normal’ in talent management, and for Lion’s Head – the office experience of teams. Somenso, the first in Bulgaria center for managing the effects of stress and burnouta, presented an innovative algorithm for recognizing and managing chronic stress.

Moto Pfohe shared their experience in producing own green energy and provided an opportunity to test drive electric cars. FANTASTICO GROUP surprised visitors by presenting three of its business projects that are far from retail: JoyStation, a space for ceremonies, conferences, corporate and music events; MyChoice restaurants and catering, MegaXtreme Bowling bowling alleys.

The host of the event was Diana Yordanova, Director of Corporate Communications of FANTASTICO GROUP and member of the Networking Group.

Immediately after the Kaleidoscope pilot edition, many companies expressed interest in participating in the next event, and NV Tower assured that they would be happy to host it again.
