The ninth consecutive edition of the initiative gives interns in member companies the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge from university and receive support for their future career in Bulgaria

Today the application process for the National Internship Program, “Staying in Bulgaria”, organized by CWBB for the ninth time and for the fifth year in a partnership with A1, kicked off. The initiative targets representatives of Generation Z – those people born between 1995 and 2005, who are already interns at the member companies. Over the course of a month, they will have the opportunity to upgrade their competencies acquired at university through a series of seven free specialized trainings led by established professionals in various business fields. The topics of the lectures include “Effective business communication”, “Building a personal brand in social networks”, “The benefits of diversity, equity and inclusion in the team” and “Project management”. The lecturers, seasoned specialists from A1, UniCredit Bulbank, Nestlé and M-Gas, will introduce young people to basic concepts, skills and values related to the topics through examples from their own work.

After going through the online training, the trainees will have the opportunity to visit the companies participating in the initiative and get to know the role and operational work of individual teams. Before the final of the program, they will also be able to learn more about the importance of corporate social responsibility by participating in a voluntary initiative by A1.

Invite the interns in your companies to participate in the “Staying in Bulgaria” program today, by completing the application form: https://forms.office.com/e/5p0TED5bCM by 6 p.m. on July 31.

With the creation of the Internship Initiative, CWBB set as one of the important goals of the organization to encourage young people to develop their talent in Bulgaria and through the program to give them: valuable skills for modern practices in a real business environment, with which they can upgrade their knowledge; opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with their colleagues; opportunity to get familiar with different business models and diverse industries; an opportunity to join a voluntary socially responsible initiative.
