The fourth module of the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Academy, a joint initiative of the WLBB and the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University, took place on 28 February. The day was filled with interesting lectures and discussions led by two remarkable ladies – Jacqueline Tsocheva, Director of Corporate Communications, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainable Development at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria and member of the Board of the CWBB, and Gergana Manolova, Director of International Cooperation and Business Relations at M-Gas Ltd. and PhD student at Sofia University.

During the module topics related to overcoming unconscious prejudices, privilege, microaggressions were discussed. The speakers summarized the most common prejudices and explained with examples how they can limit success in business and personal life. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about techniques for controlling biases and reducing bias during an interview.
