The partnership will provide the students of SOFTUNI BUDITEL an opportunity to upgrade and improve their practical skills and the necessary competencies for successful implementation in the technological world. The main focus of the joint program will be on motivating more girls to choose career development in digital professions.
Through internships, guest lectures and special training events, young people will gain practical knowledge of the key processes in the work of international technological companies – members of SЖBB will meet established professionals in the field and develop their skills for personal and career growth in the dynamic digital age .
“To create conditions for young people to stay in Bulgaria is one of the strategic goals of CWBB. Our joint initiative with SOFTUNI BUDITEL is another step in the implementation of this goal, through which we will further unite the resources of the gymnasium and our members for the benefit of young people”, said Tsvetanka Mincheva, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CWBB and CEO of UniCredit Bulbank.
She also shared three valuable tips with the students, which will still help them in the path ahead of them as students, future professionals and established personalities. First tip: “Learn to be a team player, because championships – everyday and professional – are won by good teams”. “Don’t forget that the ability to learn develops throughout our life and it helps us to cope with all challenges”, says the second tip, and the third encourage students to always be open to change, because only then will they adapt to the rapidly changing it’s holy
At the end of the event Evgenia Peeva, executive director of BUDITEL Software, addressed the students with inspiring and motivating words: “Only in the community can we achieve this ambitious vision – to develop “drivers” in the global digital era – those who lead themselves and the others ahead – with thought, with joy, with awareness and with much work. Thanks to you, we are together, so we will continue the new school year.
