Applications for the 10-anniversary edition of the program will be accepted between Sept. 13 and Oct. 2, 2023.

The emblematic training program of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB), the We Succeed in Bulgaria Leadership Academy, celebrates its 10-anniversary edition.

Women entrepreneurs, business owners or managers in small and medium-sized companies, as well as women in various managerial positions from the corporate world will again have the opportunity to grow and enrich their leadership skills, develop their entrepreneurial spirit, learn new business practices and exchange experiences in networking with other ladies from different business fields

Those who would like to participate in the 2023/2024 edition of the Leadership Academy should send a CV and motivation letter to the email address: office@womeninbusiness.bg by Oct. 2, 2023.

To be selected to join the program, women must demonstrate in their cover letter that they are motivated to learn and share, build their skills and develop their entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a desire to contribute to improving the development environment of women, young people and Bulgarian society in general.

“I’d like to invite all women who want to grow their personal development with a strong impulse to join the 10th edition of our academy. As an jubilee edition of the initiative, we will offer them even more interesting and meaningful trainings, as well as the opportunity to expand their network by meeting proven professionals and other women struggling with similar challenges as they do,” said Ekaterina Kirilova, responsible for the Leadership Academy within the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria and Director of UniCredit Bulbank’s Branch Network.

The Academy started in 2014 and is organized and financed by companies from the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria. It is happening with the goal to achieve one of the main priorities of the Council to promote the professional development of women in business, providing them with opportunities for quality training, upgrading their professional competencies. All trainings within the program are free and every year active young women participate in it, selected after a difficult selection of candidates who wish to gain experience directly from some of the most successful business professionals in Bulgaria.
