The Leadership Academy “We Succeed in Bulgaria” was launched in 2014 to support the professional development and advancement of women in middle management positions or with independent businesses. So far over 450 ladies have successfully completed the program.

Participation in the program is completely free for the ladies thanks to the companies that are members of the “Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria”.

During the program, participants have the opportunity to learn modern practices related to personal and leadership development and to draw on the experience of the ladies, members of the Council, who are actively involved in the various modules of the program.

Among the topics covered in the training program are emotional intelligence, design thinking, career counseling, giving and receiving feedback, marketing and advertising, presentation skills, etc.
