On February 13, they had the opportunity to hear and discuss what does a meaningful leadership mean and why humans should be at the center of the business. This happened during the Workshop \u201c21 grams of business \u2013 meaningful leadership\u201d with the participation of Karina Karagaeva and Nina Vladimirova from \u201cHuman Business Studio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They commented on the human\u0435 way of doing business, the four systems presented in each of us (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), and how important it is to take care of ourselves in order to be able to take care of the team we lead. \u201cA leader is the one who knows himself &#8211; his strengths and weaknesses,&#8221; said Karina Karagaeva.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/13_02_1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-8549 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/13_02_1-300x228.jpg\" alt=\"13_02_1\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/13_02_1-300x228.jpg 300w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/13_02_1-1024x780.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/13_02_1-958x729.jpg 958w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Another topic discussed during the workshop was women\u2019s leadership. Words like &#8220;balance,&#8221; &#8220;skills and knowledge,&#8221; &#8220;multifunctionality,&#8221; &#8220;care for details&#8221; have been highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>Karina Karagaeva and Nina Vladimirova focused on four \u201cinner empires\u201d, which we should balance if we want to be in harmony with ourselves and with our co-workers.
