Their mentor in the process was Dinna Temelkova. She opened the doors of the House of Sofia Art Space for the event which was part of the young.LEADERS.tall series within the Council\u2019s National Internship Initiative.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe idea of the so called vision boards is to visualize all aspects of life \u2013 personal, professional, social. The words have very strong power \u2013 through visualization you \u201cshout\u201d messages to the universe\u201d, explained Dinna Temelkova. She added that this approach has been used for decades. The researches show that it is very popular among Olympic athletes. According to the Psychology Today research the processes observed in athletes\u2019 brains when they lift weights are the same as when they visualize doing so.<\/p>\n<p>The questions about the future are often raised during job interviews, stated Dinna Temelkova. \u201cI have been very often asked by the interviewers how I see myself in three or five years\u201d, she said. She recommended to the interns to be confident and to show strong motivation during job interviews.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop ended with a presentation of the vision boards prepared by the interns.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria-289x300.jpg\" alt=\"ostavame_v_Bulgaria\" width=\"186\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria-289x300.jpg 289w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria.jpg 319w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 186px) 100vw, 186px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For the fourth consecutive year, the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria has been organizing the National Internship Initiative \u201cStay in Bulgaria\u201d. The program is oriented towards the youngest professionals and will enable them once again to prove their qualities and skills, to get involved into the real business and to find opportunities for development along with suitable environment and a stimulus for their professional realization in Bulgaria. The initiative is under the patronage of Mrs. Eva Maydell, MEP.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>In 2018 the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria launched its Young.LEADERS.talk series which takes place within the Council\u2019s National Internship Initiative.
