This was the first meeting of the young.LEADERS.talk series within the Council\u2019s National Internship Initiative. The purpose of the events is to enable interns to meet their role models &#8211; from political leaders and top managers of leading companies to young professionals and entrepreneurs &#8211; and draw lessons from their personal stories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe National Internship Initiative of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria is a unique opportunity<\/strong>, and you have to use it\u201d, said\u00a0 Eva Maydell who is the patron of the initiative. She believes that the relationships built between the participants are very important and that the internship itself could predetermine the future career path. \u201dI am very glad to partner the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria because we share a common goal &#8211;\u00a0 to encourage talented people stay in Bulgaria and to improve the country\u2019s image\u201d, added Mrs. Maydell. She\u00a0highlighted the preconditions for\u00a0success \u00a0&#8211; to believe in yourself, to want to learn throughout all your life and to challenge yourself all the time. \u201cToday, to succeed, you have to go beyond your own expectations\u201d, Eva Maydell added. In her opinion as today\u2019s world is very dynamic the ability to change ourselves is very important for the career.<\/p>\n<p>The Chairwoman of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria and CEO of Siemens Bulgaria, Dr. Eng. Boriana Manolova expressed her gratitude to Eva Maydell for supporting the National Internship Initiative. In her opinion Mrs. Maydell is an example of how young people could become successful with hard work.<\/p>\n<p>Lubomir Alamanov spoke about his own experience as a trainee, his career and the massive change in the communications influenced by the social networks. He believes that the traineeship programs could provide unique opportunities to young people. \u201cIn our company we have had 500 trainees. <strong>For an intern it is not so important to know a lot but rather to have a desire to learn\u201d<\/strong>, said Mr. Alamanov. \u201cGet used to the lifelong learning\u201d, added the PR specialist.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-7270 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"DSC00177\" width=\"317\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-958x639.jpg 958w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-800x534.jpg 800w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/DSC00177-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 317px) 100vw, 317px\" \/><\/a>He said also that the social media have changed the way of thinking of people who are now involved in the communications. \u201cBuilding communities where you can speak with each other is the future of communications\u201d, stated Alamanov. In his opinion the most important preconditions for reaching success are the willingness to work and learn, to change yourself and\u00a0 overcome the fear\u00a0of failure.<\/p>\n<p>Since many trainees are now starting their internships in the member companies of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, the Management Board has decided to extend the deadline for participation in the essay competition within the National Internship Initiative until 31 July.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria-289x300.jpg\" alt=\"ostavame_v_Bulgaria\" width=\"186\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria-289x300.jpg 289w, https:\/\/womeninbusiness.bg\/new-site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ostavame_v_Bulgaria.jpg 319w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 186px) 100vw, 186px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For the fourth consecutive year, the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria has been organizing the\u00a0National Internship Initiative \u201cStay\u00a0in Bulgaria\u201d. The program is oriented towards the youngest professionals and\u00a0will enable them once again to prove their qualities and skills, to get involved into the real business and to find opportunities for development along with suitable environment and a stimulus for their professional realization in Bulgaria. The initiative is under the patronage of Mrs. Eva Maydell, MEP.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2018 the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria launched its Young.LEADERS.talk series which takes place within the Council\u2019s National Internship Initiative.
