The goal of the document is to contribute to the promotion of the professional development of women in corporate businesses, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as at the decision-making level.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The Memorandum marks the beginning of cooperation between CWBB and MLSP to support the successful implementation of policies on gender equality. Some of the specific steps for its implementation included in the document are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organization of joint events and initiatives in the field of gender equality;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organization of trainings, meetings, seminars, round tables on the topic with the participation of both parties;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Development, publication and dissemination of analyses, studies, research, forecasts, and programming documents related to the topic;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Organizing, conducting and participating in joint international initiatives, projects, and campaigns on the topic of equality.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">During the short ceremony, Mrs. Ivanka Shalapatova, Minister of Labour and Social Policy, Mrs. Tsvetanka Mincheva, Chair of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, and Mrs. Diana Miteva, President of the Women&#8217;s Forum Association, will deliver speeches.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The Memorandum of Cooperation is an important step towards a better future of equality and professional development of
