The initiative targets representatives of Generation Z \u2013 those people born between 1995 and 2005, who are already interns at the member companies. Over the course of a month, they will have the opportunity to upgrade their competencies acquired at university through a series of seven free specialized trainings led by established professionals in various business fields. The topics of the lectures include &#8220;Effective business communication&#8221;, &#8220;Building a personal brand in social networks&#8221;, &#8220;The benefits of diversity, equity and inclusion in the team&#8221; and &#8220;Project management&#8221;. The lecturers, seasoned specialists from A1, UniCredit Bulbank, Nestl\u00e9 and M-Gas, will introduce young people to basic concepts, skills and values related to the topics through examples from their own work.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"is-style-justify wp-block-paragraph\">After going through the online training, the trainees will have the opportunity to visit the companies participating in the initiative and get to know the role and operational work of individual teams.
