2. Interests (personal and professional):<\/p>\n

Kamelia:<\/strong>\u00a0My personal aspirations are also oriented towards my relationships with close people, friends and constant striving for self-improvement and happiness. I love to read and learn from the successful.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: Travel and sports (extreme sports – skiing, skydiving, bungee jumping)<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: Travelling, nature walks, good music, salsa. Volunteering, innovation.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: The magical world of books, new and unknown places for me, and a lot of sports.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: They’re versatile, and sometimes they’re dynamic. It would hardly be surprising to single out the personal journeys. Among the professional ones – working with people and working on development programs energizes me immensely.<\/p>\n

Elitsa<\/strong>: Problem solving, process and people management. On a personal level: photography, history, travel.<\/p>\n

3. What did you want to become as a child?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: Teacher, I still believe that one day I can take this direction as a vocation, not a profession.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: Pharmacist – I was always stirring various medicinal porridges and potions in jars.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: One of my childhood dreams was to be a singer. I loved to record songs I made up on audio tapes.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: I went through more than one dream, but the most revealing one was to be a lawyer, so I enrolled to study law.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: Anything but lately I find myself answering this question most often with “doctor”, even “surgeon”.<\/p>\n

Elitsa<\/strong>: Archaeologist.<\/p>\n

4. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: In 5 years I sincerely hope to be where I am now – happy with what I am doing and dedicated to many projects related to both my main role and the different topics I volunteer on. I would very much like my professional life not to be limited to my main position , but to reach out to topics that are relevant to the world.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: Growing professionally and as a person, to keep searching, learning and growing, whether in my current company or starting my own business.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>. HPE offers many opportunities to develop employees’ knowledge and skills and each of us is obliged to take advantage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Elena<\/strong>: In 5 years, I want to be in a place (both literally and figuratively) where I can safely enjoy what I’ve accomplished and clearly be able to set goals for the next 5 years.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: I don’t know specifically, planning hasn’t been my strongest suit lately. I do wish it was somewhere where I am happy, fulfilled and useful though.<\/p>\n

Elitza<\/strong>: In the same company, again, in a role that brings me satisfaction.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. Which super hero would you like to be?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: If there’s one that can be anywhere at any time, I choose it J<\/p>\n

Catherine<\/strong>: If the mermaid Ariel is considered a super hero, I would like to qualify with her ability to be a female human on Earth and at the same time immerse and dive into a different, beautiful and mysterious water world…far away from humans.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: The Wonder Woman for her ability to teleport (an important quality in today’s reality), her developed senses and her longevity (immortality).<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: Super-man because of his incredible strength.<\/p>\n

Temenujka<\/strong>: Captain Planet.<\/p>\n

Elitza<\/strong>: I wouldn’t so much like to be a specific character, but rather to be able to summon abilities and superpowers according to each situation.<\/p>\n

6. What is your super power?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: Empathy<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: I would define my super power in a combination of organization, dynamism and desire.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: I act fast.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: My intuition.<\/p>\n

Temenujka:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Communication<\/p>\n

Elitsa<\/strong>: Planning surprises.<\/p>\n

7. What do you want people to know about you?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: I want people to get to know me and find out for themselves the things they want to know about me because I’m constantly changing.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: That I want and can achieve anything I set my mind to… I don’t set limits in anything.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: An effective and positive person that they can count on.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: I’m a fast learner and curious.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: There’s nothing specific or particular, really. I hope people know as much about me as is bearable for them and me.<\/p>\n

Elitsa<\/strong>: That I’m always there to help if I can.<\/p>\n

8. Emotional or rational?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: I have always strived for rationality, but emotionality is leading.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: From my zodiac sign Cancer I have taken a large dose of emotionality, but experience and life have taught me rationality.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: Most of the time rational and moderately emotional.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: I’m extremely emotional, but it’s rarely at the expense of my rationality.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: Emotional.<\/p>\n

Elitsa: <\/strong>Rational.<\/p>\n

9. Introvert or Extrovert?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: Extrovert.<\/p>\n

Katherina<\/strong>: Definitely an extrovert.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: Introvert.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: Extrovert.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: Extrovert.<\/p>\n

Elitza<\/strong>: Introvert with extrovert tendencies (sometimes).<\/p>\n

10. Work from home or office?<\/p>\n

Kamelia<\/strong>: I love the office and meeting people.<\/p>\n

Ekaterina<\/strong>: I don’t like extremes, so if I can choose, it will always be the golden mean – it’s nice to have the freedom of the home office, but physical contact with colleagues and subordinates is crucial for trust, motivation and productivity.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong>: At home, but also from an office when the conditions are right.<\/p>\n

Elena<\/strong>: I definitely miss working from an office and the contacts I made there. For me, there has to be a healthy balance between the two.<\/p>\n

Temenuzhka<\/strong>: I prefer to work from the office whenever possible.<\/p>\n

Elitsa<\/strong>: Flexibility to choose between the two.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
