The National Awards of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria were established in 2022 to recognize the most inspiring achievements for diversity, equality, and inclusion among Bulgarian business and society. The awards are distributed across the following categories:

“Inspiring initiative for diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace”;

“Inspiring initiative to overcome stereotypes and include minority groups and people with disabilities”;

“Inspiring initiative for integration of young people and implementation of their potential in Bulgaria”;

“Inspiring initiative for the empowerment of next-generation female talents”;

The Grand Prize is a distinctive mark for the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.

Both editions of the National Awards of CWBB, in 2022 and 2023, are organized in partnership with the European Investment Bank.

The National Awards of CWBB not only recognize the companies and organizations that engage in the abolition of all barriers to women in business, science, and the integration of minority groups and people with disabilities but also highlight their contribution to business, society and the world as whole.
