The first two modules from the training program of CWBB’s National Internship Initiative, “Stay in Bulgaria”, were dedicated to presentation skills and positive communication and how these skills can be developed effectively.

The lecturer, Teodora Karayazova, specialist, Sales Training, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, A1 Bulgaria, introduced the trainees to the processes that a presenter should go through to successfully present their idea to an audience. The young people learned how to best gather ideas for their presentation goals, which seven key questions they need to ask to most accurately define their audience and how to shape their main messages.

In the second module, Teodora Karayazova gave examples of achieving effective communication between a company and its customers. She pointed out the barriers that may appear in the communication process, as well as different approaches to overcome them. During the training, the participants had the opportunity to describe in three words the way they communicate and discuss different types of communication in different situations.
