“The importance of communication in the organization, how with it we can create a strong and effective team and an inclusive environment” – we expanded and continued the topic that we had started at the end of June in the online series of CWBB’s “Morning Coffee” during the Summer Cocktail held on July 11. A special guest at the event was Galya Shtarbeva, a long-time journalist, publicist, author of documentaries and presenter of the show on Nova TV, “To catch the forest”.

The moderator of the discussion, Irena Bushandrova, a member of the CWBB networking group, predisposed the participants to a frank and curious conversation. Galya Shtarbeva shared interesting moments from her meetings with the characters from the show, “To catch the forest”, the challenges they face, the difficult decisions as well as the fear and the unknown. We also talked about passion, curiosity and the desire to develop yourself as the main drivers of change, success and satisfaction.
