Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria ‎is an association carrying out activities of public interest. Its main objective is the strengthening and promotion of good practices and programs aimed at promoting the professional development of women in small and medium-sized enterprises and their advancement to leadership positions. The organisation also supports young specialists to realise their potential in Bulgaria and develops projects to boost enterprise and develop talent in various fields of activity. 

With more than 150 corporate and individual members, the association brings together leading executives with extensive experience in management and business culture, technology and education, who support the Council’s initiatives with widely recognised expertise.
