The topic of Module 11 on the management of Human Resources was particularly attractive and inspiring because it affects the most important capital of any business and activity.

During the module, participants found answers to the following questions:

• What are the key leadership skills to build a successful team?
• What is the vision of the leader, how to define it exactly, how to communicate it to the people in the company?
• How to motivate employees?

The lecture aroused great interest and many questions. The participants were also curious about the topic of effective time management.
