Alexander Grozdanov, creator and owner of Dextrophobia Rooms, was a lecturer at the third consecutive module of BASE (Business Academy for Startup Entrepreneurs) in Lovech. The topic of good examples and successful business models was extremely important and useful for the start of the preparation of the business plans of the entrepreneurial initiatives.

How an idea or hobby can grow into a business project and where the “stumbling blocks” are on the way from to the realization of the project – these were some of the topics discussed. 

The participants received answers to the following questions:

• What is important to know when preparing the project?
• What are the main stages of preparation?
• What are the most common mistakes?
• How to prepare a successful presentation of the project?
• And above all, where and how to look for funding?

The presentation was supported by many examples and Mr. Grozdanov’s personal experience.

About the lecturer:

Alexander Grozdanov studies Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University. He started his career as a consultant on ICT projects for telecom operators, working for two years on projects in Belgium and Moldova. In the last 8 years, he has been the co-founder and executive director of the first mystery rooms in Bulgaria, Dextrophobia Rooms. He is a program leader of the BASE Sofia program and supports its alumni network.
