For fourth consecutive year, one of the most successful CWBB initiatives – Leadership academy, will enable ladies at middle management positions and owners of small and medium-sized enterprises to take part in the highly professional training program. All candidates can submit their applications on www.womeninbusiness.bg, sending their autobiography and motivation letter up to 15th of June 2017. 40 ladies will be chosen after a considerate selection process with a professional assistance provided by the CEZ HR department.
The Leadership academy started in 2014 as a training program for acquisition of leadership skills focused on the professional development of women at middle management positions and these owning business. The initiative is being conducted under the patronage of the Mayor Yordanka Fandakova and from its beginning until now, 122 ladies have successfully completed the program.
The Leadership academy became well known for its worth as a training model therefore the number of candidates increases each year. This result is a consequece of our up-to-date program which is rivised carefully every time and that we strive to enrich with latest business trends. Its succeess owes a lot to the good realization and the high results once the trainings have been accomplished by the ladies participating in the three past editions“, announced dr eng. Boriana Manolova – Chairwoman of the Council and CEO of Siemens Bulgaria.
Leadership academy is an annual training program organized and financed by the companies members of the Council of women in business in Bulgaria which makes it entirely free of charge for the participants. The Academy is a project aimed to one of the Council’s goals – to offer accessible programs to encourage the professional development of women in small and medium enterprises and their growth at management positions.
The modules of the Academy are all led by professional lectors from Unicredit and SAP and are focused on integrating working abilities, encouraging the sense of initiative and entrepreneur mindset of the modern woman for her business expansion and taking on bigger responsibilities. The CWBB members and these of the Management board take part in the training sessions in order to get in contact with the participants and to share some valuable experience.
This year edition of the Leadership academy will include one extra module ensured by the company Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
